Community Ambassadors
Community Ambassadors act as liaisons for businesses, residents, and visitors in the Central Eastside Industrial District. They provide hospitality, supportive presence, and trauma-informed care to promote economic growth, vitality, and enhanced livability. By proactively supporting businesses, welcoming tourists, and fostering community among neighbors, they play a key role in maintaining the district's vibrancy and diversity.

Community Ambassadors are available 7 days a week.
***As of July 1st, 2025 Community Ambassador hours shifted to better align with demand. Current service hours are:
Monday - Saturday: 7 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 11 am - 7 pm
Service Exceptions:
Holidays: Ambassadors are not available on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Inclement Weather: Decisions will be made in real-time and posted to our website.

Our partnership with Rise2Care
Our Community Ambassadors program is provided by Rise2Care (R2C). R2C, a Northwest Enforcement (NEI) subsidiary, is a revolutionary service model focused on providing care and safety. With over two decades of experience, the founders of NEI responded to field feedback by launching Rise2Care. This one-of-a-kind outreach program moves away from an ‘enforcement' affiliation and leads with a more trauma-informed approach. At the very core of their work is a deep desire and purpose to make an impact for a lifetime. They accomplish this by protecting the interests and needs of business owners, residents, guests, and houseless neighbors alike.
