Join us for a 2026 Central Eastside Ratepayer Listening Session.
Do you own or operate a business in the Central Eastside Industrial District?
If you pay a water bill, you contribute to the Enhanced Services District (ESD) through a Property Management License Fee, which funds cleaning, community ambassador, and district enhancement work.
Join us for a ratepayer session to learn how those fees are invested and what's shaping our programs. We'll cover updates across our services, how your feedback has influenced our work, and what's ahead for the coming year.
Most importantly, we want to hear from you. Questions are encouraged throughout, with dedicated time for open discussion at the end. Whether you're a long-time ratepayer, business owner, or community member, we welcome your participation and perspective.

(Recommended for those new to the ESD or looking for a refresher)
This session will spend additional time covering the history of the Enhanced Services District, how ESD funding supports district programs. The following three sessions will present an abbreviated version of this discussion.
